• Privately held companies or equity carve outs and divestitures of public companies with EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) of $0 - $5 million
• Cash flow generative with established revenue models
• Operate in an industry experiencing 10% or greater growth and supporting a profitable supply chain
• Unique product or business model, replicable into other geographies or markets
• Recurring revenue from existing customer base
